Megakaryotipik leykemiya is a type of leukemia characterized by the malignant transformation of megakaryocytes or their precursor cells, leading to proliferation of megakaryocytes in the bone marrow with medullary fibrosis. It is classified as FAB system - M7; based on WHO - acute megakaryoblastic leukemia (AMKL), secondary forms (e.g. primary myelofibrosis or other myeloproliferative disorders), and therapy-related forms.
